Service Description
We come to you with our portable equipment. This session combines therapeutic infrared light and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (TENS/EMS) to support circulation, reduce localised inflammation, and ease muscle tension around the joint. It is designed for individuals experiencing: Knee pain when climbing stairs Shoulder discomfort when lifting the arm Joint stiffness after inactivity Mild to moderate chronic joint pain Localised swelling or inflammation Muscle guarding around injured joints Infrared light supports blood flow and tissue oxygenation, while neuromuscular stimulation helps interrupt pain signalling and promote muscular balance around the joint. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is focused on two primary areas (legs and shoulder). A third area may be treated within the same visit. This service is non-invasive and does not replace medical treatment. It is intended as a complementary approach to support joint comfort, lymphatic drainage and functional movement.
Cancelation Policy
Scheduling Strata Integration sessions are scheduled only after laboratory results are received. Strata Implementation sessions are scheduled according to the structured review calendar provided at enrollment. Strata Intensive sessions are scheduled on designated dates. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 full hours’ written notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 full hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Because services are structured and time-blocked, late arrivals do not extend session duration.
