Strata Implementation: 90 Days of Supported Execution You have the baseline. You have the report. You have a framework built around your data. Now comes the part that matters: applying the plan while real life continues around you. Strata Implementation is a structured 90-day follow-through program designed to help you execute the priorities identified in your Strata Integration. It turns your Integration Report into a practical rhythm of action, tracking, reflection, and refinement. It is the supported execution phase. Program Structure Strata Implementation includes 6-8 live sessions across 90 days. Each session helps you apply your Integration priorities in real life, identify what is working, reduce what is too complex, and maintain a clear record of your response over time. Between sessions, you complete brief structured check-ins. These check-ins help keep your key markers visible without creating overwhelm or daily dependency. Written responses are provided at scheduled review points. What You Track Your tracking markers are selected from your Integration Brief findings and may include: sleep duration and quality, energy patterns, symptom changes, digestion, pain patterns, stress load, medication or supplement consistency, movement, food rhythm, targeted markers connected to your primary Health Flags. The goal is to track the few signals that matter most for your current phase. What We Work On Together During each session, we review whether your framework is functioning in real life. We look at what is improving, what is creating friction, what feels unrealistic, and what needs to be simplified. Together, we translate your report into actions that fit your schedule, your capacity, your medical context, your current priorities and your budget. All guidance remains within education, health literacy, lifestyle organisation, and health coaching scope. When We Refer If check-ins indicate worsening symptoms, significant pattern shifts, or concerns outside our scope, we support your return to your healthcare provider, organised, with documented data and informed questions prepared.
