No. We do not prescribe, and we do not direct you to start or stop anything your physician has recommended. Where the evidence around a decision is unclear or contested, we set out what is known and prepare the question for the person qualified to answer it.

Yes. Strata is a private practice. No insurer, employer, or institution is involved in your care with us, and nothing about your health is shared with anyone without your written instruction.What we keep, and for how long. The original documents you send are deleted thirty days after your Clinical Health Biography is delivered. We retain two things: your Biography, and the structured record built from your documents. These are kept so that you can return later, for a Record Review, for Implementation, or when new results arrive, without reassembling your history from the beginning. That continuity is the point of the service.Deleting everything. You can ask us to delete your file at any time. We will do so and confirm in writing when it is done. Two things to know: we cannot resume work later without starting again from your documents, and we are required to retain billing records for tax purposes, which contain no health information.Where your data is held. Your records are received and stored through Proton Drive, an end-to-end encrypted service based in Switzerland. End-to-end encryption means the provider cannot read your files. Switzerland holds an EU adequacy decision for data protection. You are asked to consent to this in writing before any records are received, and that consent is yours to withdraw.Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.

When your care is spread across several specialists, several systems, and sometimes several countries, things fall through the cracks. A result nobody followed up. A decision made without the earlier file in the room. A question never asked, because the person who would have asked it never saw the whole record. Strata finds those gaps and closes them.The harder half of the work is contradiction. Specialists disagree. Advice from one appointment sits awkwardly against advice from another. A value flagged as abnormal in one country reads as unremarkable in the next. You are usually left to reconcile all of that on your own, without the training to do it. Strata sets the contradictions side by side, sets out what each is based on, and prepares the question that will settle it with the person qualified to answer.Strata does not provide medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Your physicians make those decisions. Strata makes sure they are made with your whole history in front of them, and that you understand what is being decided.
